Fulfill everyone’s wish today, we don’t know if we will see them tomorrow.

Welcome! Dear readers, a warm welcome to you!
So, what’s up? Everything going jolly?
I realized that you readers liked the previous story which I shared with you!
Thank you for your response.
So I thought to share another of the inspiring stories that I heard on radio Mirchy, an Indian radio station.
So, let’s begin.
My name is Rajesh.
I was born and brought up in a normal, middle class family.
In my family, there were four members. My mom, dad, my grandmother and me.
I used to get along happily with my grandmother.
However, there was one topic, on which are opinions never met.
And that was having faith in god/religious practices.
I didn’t know why, but I did not believe in the idea of god.
I always argued with her about this and she kept trying to convince me.
This went on for a long time.
“””
Grandmother passed away.
As is the tradition in India,
We placed the holy food to give it to a crow or some other bird.
The crow came.
But it didn’t touch the food.
Time went on.
Still the crow did not take the food.
Something wasn’t right.
I was feeling that grandmother is here, that she’s watching me.
I moved forward.
The moment of my moving forward and that of the crow taking the food was exactly the same.
The bird took the food and flew away.
It seemed that now grandmother’s soul would rest in peace.
it might be that,
It would be her last wish that I would believe, at least for once, that god exists.

Your feedback is always welcome.
If you feel this worth sharing, your free to do so.

A hearty thanks to all of you.

Guru Paurnima. a day to respect, remember and thank everyone.

Whoever is reading, welcome!

My friends, today’s day is a special day.
You know why?
Because today, is a full moon day.
So, what’s so special in it?
This full moon occurs each month. So what’s different today?
Today is Guru Paurnima in Devanagari, गुरु पूर्णिमा.
It is also known as Vyasa paurnima.
For on this day the creator of the great epic, Maha Bharata, Krishna-Dwaipayana Vyasa was born.
normally, this auspicious day is observed in India and Nepal.
On this day, students express their gratitude and love for their Guru/mentor.
They touch the feet of their Guru and take blessings.
What is a Guru?
The word Guru comes from the 2 Sanskrit words,
Gu and Ru.
Gu means darkness or ignorance and Ru means the remover of that darkness/ignorance
The one who removes the darkness of no knowledge or guides us in the right way, is said to be a Guru.
In India, a Guru is considered as,

गुरु ब्रम्हा गुरु विष्णू
गुरुः देवो महेश्वरा
गुरु शाक्षात परब्रम्हा
तस्मै श्री गुरुवे नमः

Gurur Bramha, Guru Vishnu,
Gurur devo Maheshvara, gurur sakshat parabramha,
Tasmai Shri Guru ve namaha.

Which means?
The Guru himself/herself is god Vishnu, god Shiva/maheshvara,
and also, is the Parabramha/god Bramha,
To such a person, is my humble prostration.
In my life, such persons, ,the first and greatest of them are my parents.
For parents give you this life, guide you throughout your entire life or at least in the beginning stage of your life.
But their teachings and principles continue to stay with you throughout your life.
So I consider myself extremely fortunate or lucky, that the great god has blessed me with such great persons as my parents.
I also think that whoever has come or will be coming in our life has/will definitely teach/taught us all something or the other.
Some persons have given us education.
For example, our teachers in the school, some professors in the college or the university, special class takers/tutors, etc.
We should of course remember, respect and thank them.
But there are many other persons who are with us to drive our life.
And these persons can be anyone.
Literally, I mean anyone.
For example, a friend. Who, at times teaches us how to enjoy life, but at other times, will firmly stand with us.
Many times he/she will support us in many situations or will be the only support for us.
If at all our train of life is going onto the wrong track, there will be a person who will guide us back on the right way of life.
Are there such persons in your life?

A little baby teaches us to always keep smiling,
which nowadays many of us don’t do or have forgotten.
So let’s make today’s Guru Paurnima a little different.
By thanking, remembering and respecting all those who are in our life.
With a humble namaskar/ salute to all of you and a big, happy smile,

Thank you.

a story that will make up your mood to work more happily.

Welcome! My dear readers and visitors, a grand welcome!
Today I’m going to share with you all a story, which I once listened on the All India radio/आकाशवाणी's program.
The story touched me to the heart.
and as you also might have experienced, the joy of watching or hearing anything doubles, when you share it with everyone.
So, sharing with you, a story which will make you more happy.

So, let us begin!
once, their was an auto driver.
today in his auto he had an old woman riding. the auto started to move.
the auto neared a marriage hall. the old woman said,
see that hall, my husband and i got married their.
the driver nodded.
the auto moved on; after a few minutes, the auto past an old school.
after watching the school for a long time, the old lady said, this is the place where i did my schooling.
what fun those old days used to be!
the auto moved onwards.
as it turned a corner, the lady stop at that hospital.
the driver asked why aji?
before the old lady could speak, the middle aged doctor came and helped the lady to lift her bag and said, come to the rest room. you must spend the few days that you have in rest.
the lady replied with a nodd.
she started to pay the driver but the driver said, no i do not want it.
the lady smiled and said take it son, it's your everyday bread and butter may god bless you.
 but the driver said no.
a human being who was about to leav this world had spent his most enjoyable time in his auto was itself a blessing to him.

Thank you.
