Through the river of stories!

Hello friends, welcome!
We often go out for a movie, to a musical concert or do anything
Which refreshes us from our busy lives.
But the event which I attended was quite unique in itself.
It was about stories
Not the stories which we see on Instagram or facebook, but stories of real people.
The name is Stories worth sharing.
I got to know about this from a friend of mine who had already experienced it.
The idea behind this event is to bring people together
To share anything from their life in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
Seeing that this was something different, I went for it.
The event had been arranged at a nice, cool café.
The organizers had done a very good thing.
If anyone of us likes a story, we could write a  Thank you note on a piece of paper for the speaker who’s story we like!
After everyone who had registered for the event had arrived,
Gargi Dharmadhikari and Soham Godbole,
The energetic duo who were hosting the event,
Explained to all of us the above mentioned idea behind this initiative.
And then, we all started to flow through the river of stories.
I simply can’t tell you how amazing every story was, Just
Awesome!
From finding the first ever job to losing a younger sister quite early in life,
To the story of the host herself,
Gargi, about how she joined SWS/Stories worth Sharing!
And I met so many people who were into so many different things. For example,
I met a Psychologist, a young boy who was trying to live on of his own
That is without the support of his parents a not so common thing in India
And even a blogger like myself!
I along with my younger brother, who was also present as a speaker with me,
told our respective stories as well.
In all, the learning which I took from this event was
Every life, including our own, is so great, so grand, we just have to live to the fullest!
Till next time,

a meal full of happiness.

Hello everyone, welcome!
Friends, do you like eating?
You probably have some favorite eatables. Am I right?
If to say about myself, one of my most favorite is Misal Pav!
Yummy!
Misal is so famous that in 2015,
It was crowned the world's tastiest vegetarian dish at the FoodieHub Awards in London! Source
For those who don’t know,
Misal Pav, Marathi. मिसळपाव or simply Misal, is an absolutely delicious food!
Yes my friends, you guessed that right! The Misal Pav comes from Maharashtra, India!
It is made up of a spicy curry yes, we Indians love a bit of spice in almost everything!
The curry consists of sprouted moth beans and Pav, a type of Indian bread.
It is usually garnished with चिवडा Chivda, फरसाण Farsan, shev, Onions, etc.
Misal is often served with its friend’s buttermilk, Papad and the juicy jalebai!
In Misal, too, there are various types as per the region.
For example Nashik chi Misal/Nashik’s Misal, Puneri Misal, or Kolhapuri Misal.
However, of all these types of Misal, I like the Nashik chi Misal, or the Misal of Nashik.
Because, according to me, it has everything in the right quantity.
And the taste oh, for that you must come to Nashik, India.
Although Misal is generally eaten for breakfast, I always think that it’s a full-stomach meal.
in my family and friend circle, we eat Misal even to celebrate small things!
I think that life's too short, so enjoy to the fullest! isn't it?
Another reason for my love of Misal is that it brings family, friends, everyone together.
And I get this kind of feeling each time in a new way.
Be it just going for breakfast or travelling
It’s a meal full of happiness.
Misal is that food which always creates joyous memories for me.
Till the next time,
Keep mixing Misal!

why do I love traveling?

Hello friends, welcome!
We love to do many things.
For example. Singing, dancing, cooking and even traveling.
Yes, traveling!
I do love to go places.
For me, traveling is like the celebration of this beautiful life that the god has blessed me with.
It makes you realize how so similar, but still so unique are you in this world.
Traveling encourages me to live this amazing life to its fullest.
For when we travel,
We tend to meet many people from various walks of life.
Traveling gives me time to explore my surroundings,
To taste the amazing varieties of food,
To observe the different ways of living life and much more!
When I go to the seaside or to the beach, I’m surprised at the ever-quiet, vast ocean.
Whoever comes to enjoy there,
It always welcomes the visitor with a salty hug of a splashy wave.
When you travel, for example to trek up a hill or a mountain,
It makes you realize how much high up you already are on the mountain of life and also motivates you to aim even higher.
It’s not always that you must go to distant places to enjoy traveling.
Going to nearby spots is also fun.
When you travel, you create memories with your family, friends and of course with yourself.
I could go on and on!
But in all, I would say that, for me, traveling has always been an awesome experience!
Till the next time my friends,
Happy journey!

An adventurous outing!

Hello everyone, welcome!
Friends, life is full of happiness and opportunities.
and I personally believe that we should take whatever life has to offer.
So, recently I had an opportunity to be happy and to enjoy myself.
Any guesses?
Well, one more chance to go for another adventurous trek!
As my previous Experience was amazingly amazing,
My mother encouraged me to go for this trek as well.
So with two cars, some rain and an ever-jolly group, off we started!
After traveling on for some time, accompanied by the perfect weather and with the perfect people,
We stopped for some photos.
Well, nothing much eventful happened afterward,
Unless if I count the fantastic flashes of lightning and the beautiful scenery.
As it was getting dark and being in a new area, we had some difficulty finding our guide’s place.
After reaching there, we relaxed ourselves for some time.
Many of us were clicking pictures in various sitting poses, just to pass the time.
After having some dinner, we ventured out of the house to see the fireflies.
With our torches in hand and the guiding person leading the way,
We spent some time with the fireflies.
The next day we started trekking.
Moving through slippery stones and climbing over rocks
Which looked like that they would fall down at any moment,
It was slightly risky but exciting at the same time.
During the entire trek, my uncles/Mamas supported me to the fullest.
And for that I must say a big thank you to them.
The most enjoyable part of the trek was rappling.
The shier feeling of dropping from almost forty feet high can’t be described.
Anyway, we clicked a lot of pics and took with us lots of happy memories,
Which I would love to cherish for lifetime.
Till the next time we meet,
Thank you!
